Annual Meeting
An Annual Meeting is held each year in June for the congregation to elect members of the Board of Trustees and Leadership Development Committee, approve the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and consider other business properly before the Annual Meeting. (Article V, Section 5.1, UUSD Bylaws).

Annual Meeting — June 9, 2024
The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on a Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. at UUSD. All members are urged to attend or, if they are unable to attend, to submit an absentee ballot. We will be electing four members to the Board of Trustees and three to five to the Leadership Development Committee, plus approving an operating budget and a capital budget for 2024-2025. In addition, we will be voting on a Resolution of Conscience proposed by the UUSD Social and Environmental Justice Committee.
On Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 11:15 a.m., there will be an Informational Meeting during which the proposed budgets will be discussed and members can ask questions about the process. The agenda for the Informational Meeting is forthcoming.
Anyone who has been a UUSD member for 30 days before the date of the Annual Meeting is eligible to vote.
